You'll be the most senior technical person at tāgetto — setting direction, making architectural calls, and shipping product. You'll work with external engineers, maintain quality without bureaucracy, and help build the engineering team as the company grows. This isn't a pure management role and it isn't a pure builder role. It's both, in the proportions an early-stage startup demands.

You'll have genuine responsibility — from how the data model is structured to how the product gets deployed. You'll build backend and frontend, make pragmatic technical decisions, and set things up in a way that scales cleanly as the product grows. That includes all the glamorous and the less glamorous but important stuff: deployments, security basics, keeping the environment stable.

• Build backend and frontend features end-to-end
• Own architecture decisions, database design, and CI/CD
• Manage staging and production deployments with a solid security baseline
• Deliver shippable progress every week — MVP features that work end-to-end

• Shipped at least one real web app from start to finish — not a tutorial, something users could actually use
• Writes clearly: updates, decisions, pull request descriptions
• Can move fast with incomplete information while keeping quality in check
• Backed by tests or a repeatable checklist you've actually run
